The student's signature is required for each transcript request.

Due to security and privacy concerns, IPFW does not accept transcript requests via email and IPFW will not fax outgoing transcripts.

In Person Requests - You may request your transcript in person at the Enrollment Service Center in Kettler Hall. 

Postal Mail or Faxed Requests - Transcript requests may also be postal mailed or faxed. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. The appropriate request form(s) should be used. The form(s) must be completed, printed, signed, and returned by postal mail or fax (260-481-6110) to the Office of the Registrar
