Carl Drummond, Associate Vice Chancellor for Research and External Support

Kathleen O'Connell, Associate Vice Chancellor for Faculty Affairs

Dr. O'Connell is a Professor of Nursing and the Director of the IPFW Behavioral Health and Family Studies Institute. She earned an A.S. in Mental Health from Purdue University, a B.S. in Nursing from Purdue University, and both an M.S. and PhD in Nursing from Indiana University.

Deb has been with the Office of Academic Affairs since October of 2000. She is responsible for assisting the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs in the budget planning and management process, maintaining personnel records for faculty and academic administration, and initiating reappointment and promotion and tenure reviews.

Shawn Ellert began working in the Academic Affairs office in the Spring of 2008. She provides secretarial support to the Associate Vice Chancellors. Shawn coordinates special events and orchestrates various activities.
