Winter Break Hours:

  • 12/18-12/22: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

If you need a PC in your classroom, you can either schedule a classroom with a permanent computer station or contact AVTS to have a computer delivered to the classroom.


Under certain circumstances, a computer can be loaned to an employee to replace their office workstation. Review the Workstation Loan Policy for more information.

Conference, Sabbatical or Vacation

IT Services does not have desktop, laptop or tablet PCs for loan to faculty, staff or students for use at conferences or on sabbatical or vacation.
