Mentoring
The IPFW Mentoring Program, founded in 1995, was originally initiated to support incoming freshmen who were participants in the Twenty-first Century Scholars program. In the fall semester of 1999, the program grew to include all incoming freshmen who wished to participate.
Today we continue to strive towards excellence by carefully selecting our mentors to provide the best possible experience for our mentees. Our purpose is to support freshmen with their transition into college, and to help them feel welcome,“connected, " and “at home."
