On-campus Housing
IPFW doesn’t have crowded dormitories. Our student housing features fully-furnished apartments with private bedrooms, high-speed internet, cable TV, full-sized kitchens, laundry rooms, beautiful grounds, and an energetic, creative, and friendly staff. Other amenities include a fitness center, TV and study lounges in every building, a ping pong lounge, a billiards and cards lounge, three computer labs (two labs are open 24 hours) and lounge with large screen TV. You will have the opportunity to meet people outside of the classroom, and develop friendships. And you only have to cross a bridge to get to class.
IPFW Student Housing offers four apartment options:
- 4 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms
- 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom
- 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms
- 1 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom
Students can live in IPFW Student Housing during the traditional academic year (fall and spring semester) or for a full year (fall, spring, and summer semesters). The type of apartment and length of stay you choose determine the cost.
Students planning to enter Student Housing are encouraged to apply for a space as early as possible. Students who want to live in Student Housing during fall semester should apply before March 1 of the prior year. Students wanting to live in Student Housing during spring semester should apply by October 1.
To apply, obtain a housing application at the IPFW Student Housing Web site. With the application, you must include a $150 refundable security deposit and $20 non-refundable application fee. You may pay the fee using your credit card.
Off-campus Housing
Private, off-campus housing within a 10-minute walk is available at a reasonable cost to IPFW students. Please contact International Student Services (ISS) office to ask about off-campus options.
