Tuition and Other Expenses

Tuition for the dental laboratory technology program courses is based on the current tuition fees established by IPFW. Special laboratory fees and costs are added. Here are files with ESTIMATED school expenses for First year and Second year Dental Laboratory Technology students (PDF).

Many scholarships are available to dental laboratory technology students.   A few of the dental scholarships include:
•American Dental Association Foundation (national)
•Philip E. O’Shaughnessy Education Scholarship (Isaac Knapp District Dental Society) (local)
•Ruth White Award (Isaac Knapp District Dental Society Alliance) (local)
•Margaret Fortier Award (Isaac Knapp District Dental Society Alliance) (local)
•Hispanic Dental Association Foundation (national)
•Floyd R. Neff Award (local)
•Association of Indiana Dental Laboratories Scholarship (state)

To apply for most local scholarships, a student must complete the IPFW Common Scholarship Application. This application must be completed in the academic year before the scholarship is awarded. This year the application will be open from November through January.
