Services & Prices
IPFW offers two locations at which patients can receive quality, preventive dental care. The IPFW Dental Hygiene Clinic, located in Neff Hall, room 109, and the Lafayette Street Dental Clinic, located at 2700 South Lafayette Street in Fort Wayne. Each clinic accepts cash, check, credit card and Indiana Medicaid. Patients must pay on the day of service.
