Get to Know Abby:

Abby is a Fort Wayne native and will be a two-time IPFW graduate. She graduated from North Side High School in 2008 and received her Bachelor's Degree in Biology in 2012 and will be completing her Master's Degree in Molecular Ecology in the summer of 2017. She credits her previous work in the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs as a graduate assistant for motivating her to continue working in higher education.

When she isn't on the road, Abby enjoys playing with her two rambunctious pups, reading, and just being outdoors. Fort Wayne has an active culture and community, there is always something to go out and experience. We have way too many festivals, which is a good thing if you are a foodie.

Favorite Thing about IPFW:

My favorite thing about IPFW is the opportunity for students to gain hands on experiences that hey can take with them after graduation. The ability to participate in research and be published as an undergraduate at IPFW is really un-paralleled. The small class sizes foster the ability to really know your fellow students and professors.
